Shipping Policy

1. Overview

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping products purchased from Peptide Foundry LLC. All peptides are manufactured in the United States in a cGMP-certified facility and shipped from domestic locations.

2. Shipping Cost

Free shipping is included on all orders. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS with an estimated delivery time of approximately 2 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; actual times may vary based on destination, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Processing times do not include weekends or federal holidays.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed same-day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
• High-volume periods may result in extended processing times.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Destinations

4.1 Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 United States, including the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii.

4.2 International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

4.3 P.O. Boxes

We ship via UPS, which does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders.

4.4 Restricted Destinations

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address or jurisdiction where the sale or possession of our products may be restricted or prohibited by law.

5. Packaging and Labeling

All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no external indication of the contents. Interior labeling is appropriate for research chemicals and complies with shipping regulations. Temperature-sensitive products ship with cold-chain packaging as required.

6. Tracking and Delivery

A UPS tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. You can also view order status and tracking in your account Order History. If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, contact support within 48 hours.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact support@peptidefoundry.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. For lost packages, contact us as soon as you suspect an issue; we will initiate a UPS investigation and, where appropriate, ship a replacement.

8. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from an incorrect address. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.

9. Signature Requirement

Orders above a certain value may require a signature upon delivery. UPS will leave a notice if a signature is required and no one is available.
