Orders & Shipping
- How long does shipping take?
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via UPS with an estimated delivery time of approximately 2 business days.
- Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes — free shipping is included on all orders within the United States.
- How are peptides shipped?
- All orders are shipped via UPS in plain, discreet packaging with no external indication of contents. A physical street address is required (UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes).
- Can I track my order?
- Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also view order status by logging into your account and visiting your Order History.
- Do you ship internationally?
- We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
Products & Quality
- What purity are your peptides?
- All of our peptides are manufactured to 99%+ purity. Each product comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent third-party lab (Freedom Diagnostics).
- How should I store my peptides?
- Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature for 3-4 months. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, they must be refrigerated and used within 30 days.
- Are these products for human use?
- No. All products sold by Peptide Foundry are strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, or diagnostic purposes.
Accounts & Membership
- Do I need an account to order?
- Yes. An account is required to place an order so we can provide order tracking, history, and a secure checkout experience.
- What is Foundry Club?
- Foundry Club is our membership program ($50/month) that gives you access to member-only pricing on most products — typically around 23% off regular prices.
- Can I cancel my Foundry Club membership?
- Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Your member pricing remains active through the end of your current billing period.

- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept payments through PayPal, which supports PayPal balance, debit cards, and credit cards.
- What is your refund policy?
- We stand behind our product quality. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See our full Refund Policy page for complete details.
